Project Update

My clients will move into their new home during the holidays and we're down to crunch time.  Here's a few sneak peek's until  we get the house complete this week.

love the exterior lights by the front door.....they're great not only because of their cool design, but also because you don't see bright light in your eyes as you approach the porch.....very subtle, yet plenty of illumination......
This photo was taken a day before the landscaping started going in.
Iron overhang supports
Modern concrete stepping stones

Inside there are so many fun details to share with you soon...but a few, not in any specific order are:

Barn Door for the powder room.
Study
Rustic, yet modern finish on the dining room cabinets
Custom made iron mantel will have a brown/black finish soon
Side view of the mantel, along with a sneak peek of the GORGEOUS rustic wood floors

Separate refrigerator and freezer
Glass pantry door, off the planning center
Laundry room

Martha Stewart gift wrap station, we had incorporated into the cabinetry
Mudroom with slate tile floors
Extra large island, perfect for those holiday gatherings and parties!
Killer range!
Girls Room
Guest Room with seagrass carpeting

Master Bedroom with grasscloth wallpaper that has a slight metallic shimmer, and seagrass carpeting

Boys Bathroom
Will update with more pics when the time allows over the busy next few weeks.  Our thoughts and prayers are with those in Connecticut.  Our hearts are heavy as we pray for all of the families & friends affected by this terrible tragedy.

Stunning! I'm having a fit over that GORGEOUS tile! Putting that in my future dream home file. Can you share the name?

Thx for the nice comments yall.....

I'm not sure of the tile name, but we ordered it through Schroeder Tile of Austin. If you ask for Toni, she can give you the info....it's such a gorgeous tile....in person, the color is a great mocha shade!
